Abdominal Training Facts & Tips
There are many different opinions out there in the world about dieting, healthy eating, exercise, and weight loss. Each one contradicting the other, I don’t claim to be an expert, but I do know what I am talking about. I often think of some thing that people should know to do of shouldn’t do when trying to loss weight or toning there abdomen. I some times just want to get it out there and don’t want to write a whole page on it. So if your looking for some quick tips and facts about Abdominal Exercises or healthy eating see below.
1. Both Healthy Eating and Exercise are needed to obtain a Flat Stomach or a Rock Hard Six Pack.
2. Drink more water that juices or soda’s. (Advice: Buy a couple of cheap cases of bottled water from Stop & Shop or Walmart and drink 2 a day. I find that people are more likely to grab a bottle water than drink a glass of tap water. Nothing against Tap water!)
3. Don’t Forget to Reward yourself every once and a while. Your not going to boot camp for unhealthy eating, Have a meal from Mc Donalds isn’t going to kill you. Having a meal from Mc Donalds everyday might though!
4. Be careful with certain diet foods, some do more harm than good.
5. Try Not to Eat before you go to bed. Your not burning fat by sleeping, it’s better to have your biggest meal of the day in the morning.
6. Start reading labels, somethings have more sugar and calories in it than you think.
